The Power of NO

It is astonishing if I say telling 'I don't know' has some power. But it is true.

First of all when do we say 'No', in circumstances if we don't know the thing properly i.e., we are not aware of that thing. It is better to accept our mistake of 'unknown' than escaping by talking as if we know it. As number of Nos increase you will be opened for truth and knowledge. No man is perfect.

If I say 'No', that is the symbol of my openness for knowing that thing. Hence I gain more from saying 'No' than saying 'Yes, but not completely'. We can say No is directly proportional to Know. While we are kids most of things which were unknown became known because of our mindset of taking new things.

If you say No' for the thing which you don't like to do you will be free from stress. But 'No' should be valid. It should not lead to lazyness or should not cause any harm to others. "It is better to harmless than replying badly". The 'No' will figure out your taste. The invalid unjustifiable No is the loss for thyself.

There should not be repetition of 'No' for same thing once you have already used. That is one 'No' should give almost complete knowledge w.r.t that thing, and mind should not be filled up with junk information. Therefore we should take care for it.

Increase No increase the Knowledge

Increase No decrease stress, free from unwanted.
